During our in-home consultation, I will arm you with a list of recommendations for staging, de-cluttering, and/or renovating. Before investing any money into making improvements, I can help you prioritize low-hanging fruit and the best “bang for your buck.”
Data-Driven Pricing Analysis
After our in-person meeting, I will follow up with a formal pricing recommendation. This is completely customized and is based on relevant sales, current market conditions in your area, and your priorities for the sale (e.g. highest price, quickest close, etc.).
Distinctive Marketing Measures
A buyer’s first showing is usually online, so capturing stunning images of your home is paramount. Depending on the time of year, we may shoot your home months in advance of going on the market. Summer florals or fall foliage are ideal for presenting your home in the best light!

I handle everything - whether that’s procuring new light fixtures, last-minute Home Depot runs, scheduling professional cleaners, or managing contractors.
